We’re Emily and Andrew Battaglia — the husband-and-wife team behind the Battaglia Group, brokered by The Agency Real Estate. Our story is rooted in family, built on hard work and deeply inspired by the beauty and opportunity surrounding Table Rock Lake.

Andrew was born and raised on Table Rock Lake. From a young age, he watched his father renovate properties and invest in real estate across the Branson area. That early exposure sparked a passion — and Andrew quickly learned the trade, eventually managing renovations and starting investment projects of his own before he turned 20. Over the years, his hands-on experience in property development, construction, and hospitality became the foundation of the business we run today.

Emily’s path into real estate began after working in healthcare and stepping into the stay-at-home mom life. As Andrew’s projects grew, so did her role — from helping with design decisions to overseeing renovations and eventually getting licensed as a REALTOR®. Today, Emily is known for her intuitive approach with clients, her attention to detail, and her heart for helping families find homes that match their lifestyle and dreams.
Together, we’ve renovated homes, flipped investment properties, and launched vacation rentals and commercial projects — all while raising our three kids in the same community we serve. We understand what it means to make a move, build a future, and invest in something that lasts.
